We currently send all orders using Royal Mail Tracked services. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Delivery options

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.99

• Expected delivery: 1 working day after dispatch
• Order before 1pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch
• Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day

For example, an order placed before 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Friday and would usually arrive on Monday. Bank holidays may affect this.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.99

• Expected delivery: 2 working days after dispatch
• Free when you spend over £25
• Order before 1pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch

Orders placed after 1pm, over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking your order

Royal Mail will provide tracking updates once your parcel has entered its network. Please allow a little time after receiving your dispatch email for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery times

Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are delivery aims rather than guaranteed delivery services. Most parcels arrive within the expected timeframe, but occasional delays can happen once an order is with Royal Mail.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take slightly longer.

Check your address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible through our contact page and we will do everything we can to correct it before dispatch. However, once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may be unable to change it.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, your tracking hasn’t updated or something has arrived damaged, please don’t worry - just get in touch with your order number and, where relevant, a couple of photos.

We’re a small business and genuinely care about every order. We’ll look into it personally and do everything we can to get things sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
